1 pkg. Pillsbury Brownie Mix*--which needs ½ c. oil, ¼ c. water and 2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
2-8 oz. tubs Cool Whip
2- small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
2 ¾ c. milk
Chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, hand mix brownie mix, eggs, water and oil. Grease a 9” x 13” pan. Spread into greased pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Let cool completely.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one 8 oz. container of Cool Whip with an electric mixer until mixed thoroughly. Set aside. In another bowl mix both instant chocolate pudding packages and milk with electric mixer. Set aside. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of brownies. Then spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining container of Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Keep refrigerated.

*Any packaged brownie mix can be used!
