1 jar (6oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsley chopped
1 pkg (9-11oz) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 small garlic clove, pressed (or 1/8 tsp of jarred minced garlic)
1/2 cup (2oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spoon into a small baking dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through.
Serve with bread or tortilla chips or pita chips
