1 Tablespoon oil
1 to 1 1/2 lb stew meat
1 pkg au jus and 1 pkg of brown gravy mix
1 can of beer with enough water to make 2 cups
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
24 oz pkg. frozen stew vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add beef and brown.

Dissolve the gravy mixes with the liquid. Add meat and vegetables to slow cooker and pour liquids over. Slow cook.
