Cream Cheese Mixture
Ingredients:

* 2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/4 tsp almond extract
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients and set aside.
 

Whipped Cream

* 1/2 pint whipping cream
* 1 Tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 angel food cake, torn into bite size pieces

In a small bowl beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Fold torn cake pieces into already combined creamed mixture.
 

Trifle Assembly
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
* 2 quarts strawberries, cleaned and sliced
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and almond extract. In a glass trifle dish or bowl, layer the strawberries and cake mixture alternately, starting with strawberries then the cake mixture and continue and finish with strawberries on top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
