1 package turkey sausage
2 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
5 T butter
1 box radiatore pasta
˝ c parmesan cheese
1 container fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in oil. Take turkey sausage out of casing and brown in pieces. Add 1 can chicken broth and simmer. Cook pasta according to directions on box and drain. Add pasta to turkey/broth mixture. Add fresh spinach and place lid over to wilt. Pour into dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
