Ingredients: * 2/3 cup butter * 1¼ cups flour

Directions: |
Directions:Combine butter and flour and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. |

Pudding |

Ingredients: * 1 cup sugar * 6 Tbsp cornstarch * 1/2 tsp salt * 4 cups milk, scalded * 6 egg yolks, slightly beaten * 2 Tbsp butter * 2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Directions: |
Directions:Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in a sauce pan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils for one minute. Stir half of boiled mixture into egg yolks until blended. Then pour egg mixture into the rest of the original pudding mixture and boil one more minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Cool completely. |

Ingredients: * 8 oz. cream cheese * 1 cup powdered sugar * 12 oz. cool whip, divided * 4 to 5 bananas

Directions: |
Directions:Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 cups of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Slice bananas over top of cream mixture. Spread cooled pudding over bananas and top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Whipping Cream alternative to using Cool Whip: * 2 1/2 cups whipping cream * 1/4 cup sugar * 1 tsp vanilla Beat together until stiff. Use this whipped cream instead of the cool whip. |
