½ c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
⅔ c. milk, room temperature
1 egg, room temperature

Filling:

1 28 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and egg. Pour evenly over melted butter. Do not stir! Combine filling and spread over batter. Do not stir! Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 º until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.
