Kale
Sour Cream
Butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems and large veins from kale.
Cut into 1" pieces.

Saute kale in butter for 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat but leave kale in the pan.

Just before serving. Heat kale just until warm. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
