1/2 cup butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or granulated garlic)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.

Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

Toss it with the fettuccine which has been cooked according to package directions.

Also great to add chicken to this recipe.

We found it a little greasy, so might want to cut down on butter, or use the already grated Kraft Parmesan cheese rather than the stuff you grate yourself. However, I served it with chicken breasts that were cut into bit-sized pieces and sauteed in butter and garlic. (This may have been what made the sauce "greasy." Using rotisserie chicken may alleviate the problem.
