2 cans white northern beans
1 tbs olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can (4oz) chopped green chiles
3 tbs all purpose flour
2 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1½ cups chopped chicken
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, add green chiles, flour, cumin, & cayenne pepper in olive oil. Cook & stir for 2 minutes.
Add beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to simmer, add chicken & sour cream until heated through and serve.
