1 14-oz. container artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
7 oz. diced Ortega chilies, drained

Option: ¼ c. frozen, chopped, well-drained spinach is a nice variation

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Squeeze artichokes until they are dry. Chop in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until combined. Spread into a 9” baking dish.

Bake in a 350ºF oven for 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly and browned.

Serve with sliced baguette, tortilla chips or crackers and watch this dip disappear.
