1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled, or bacon bits
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. dried cranberries (or raisins)
1/2 c. cashews

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar. Stir well. Add broccoli, bacon, onion, cranberries or raisins, and cashews. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Toss again to thoroughly coat ingredients before serving.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
