Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs of frozen or fresh cut greens (I like the frozen type as they are chopped finer than the fresh kind)
2 cups chicken stock (I like to add a small 1/2 spoonful of chicken bouillon paste for a richer flavor)
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1 1/2 pounds smoked meat (ham hocks, neck bones, smoked turkey legs or wings, etc)
A handful of sugar
Plentiful amount of seasoning salt (I like the seasoning salt recipe in this cookbook)
A good pour of apple cider vingar

Directions:
Directions:
Place smoked meat, greens in a slow cooker. Sprinkle on the sugar and seasoning. pour over vinegar and stock.

Cook on low 9-10 hours or until greens are tender. (cook these in the garage or outside, because they don't smell very pleasant).

Remove meat bones and take the meat off the bones; combine meat into cooked greens. Enjoy with a splash of vinegar.

Personal Notes:
Tastes like Cracker Barrel greens.
