4 to 6 medium apples, unpeeled
¼ stick margarine
⅓ cup water
1 tsp lemon flavoring
Sugar to taste
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use any kind of cooking apples. Slice apples and place in skillet. Sprinkle with sugar. Add margarine and water and cook until very soft. Add lemon flavoring, cinnamon, and more sugar to taste.
