4 pork chops
Pepper
Garlic powder

2 strips bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced

1 can diced tomatoes
1 can sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. brown sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Season & brown chops. Remove to greased casserole. Saute bacon, onion & garlic. Add vegetables & sugar. Cook 10-15 minutes. Pour over chops. Bake 400’ 1 hour.
