2 dozen eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 # butter
8 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
2 small cans mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 # grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk.
Melt butter in skillet and scramble eggs in butter.
Spread in 9x13 pan.
Top with bacon, green pepper, onions, and mushrooms.
Thin soup with !/2 cup cooking sherry or chicken broth
Top with cheddar cheese.

COVER and REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

Bake uncovered 50 minutes at

250 - 275 degrees.
