Ingredients:  
1 pound hamburger, ground turkey, breakfast sausage, or combination
1/2 green pepper chopped
chopped onion if desired
canned mushrooms drained if desired
sliced ripe olives
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
15 oz jar of Ragu Pizza Sauce
3/4 tsp oregano

Toppings:
Pepperoni slices (I quarter them, so they stay on)
olives
shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh mushroom slices

English muffin halves, stale hamburger or hot dog buns
Could use pita bread or Naan

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, green pepper and onion. Add canned mushrooms and olives if using.
Add pizza sauce, oregano and Velveeta cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.

Place sauce on bread halves. Put additional toppings and cheese on top.

Bake 350º 15 minutes

Place in single layers on cookie sheets to freeze, then store in container in freezer.
Partially thaw then bake an additional 5 minutes or so.
