1 large can salmon (I use the pink salmon.)
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped fine or diced
¼ cup green pepper, diced
⅓ cup plain bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

Shape into cakes.

Using skillet with sufficient butter, fry cakes on both sides to a golden brown.
