2¼ c. flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
¼ c. butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
½ c. nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Add flour mixture. Mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts. Spoon into 16 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 350º for 22 to 24 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool slightly or to room temperature.
