CAKE:
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 package yellow cake mix (18 1/2 ounce)
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3 3/4 ounce)
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup dark rum
GLAZE:
1/4 pound butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Grease and flour 10 inch tube or 12 cup Bundt pan.
Dust nuts with flour and sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.
Mix all cake ingredients together.
Pour batter over nuts in pan.
Bake for one hour. Cool completely (Approximately 1 hour).
GLAZE:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in rum.
Prick top and sides of cake with a toothpick.
Drizzle and brush glaze evenly over top and sides.
