1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 zucchini, cut in half and then sliced
1 32 oz. can diced tomatoes
4 c. water
1 packet dry brown gravy mix
1 16 oz. can corn, drained
1 16 oz. can dark kidney beans, drained
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. worcestershire sauce
8 oz. noodles or pasta of choice

Brown beef in a large pot until done. Drain off grease. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are done. Add additional water, salt and pepper if needed. Add noodles and cook until done. Serve with parmesan cheese.
