1-14 oz sweetened condensed milk
⅛-½ c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Remove label from can of sweetened condensed milk.
Place unopened can on side in a slow-cooker. Pour in water to 3-4 inches above the can.
Cover an d cook on low for hours OR high for 4 hours.
Turn off slow-cooker and leave can inside for 40 minutes.
Chill caramel lin unopened can in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Optional: cut caramel with ⅛-½ c evaporated milk.
