12 oz high quality white chocolate, broken into pieces and divided
6 oz high quality semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 ½ tsp vegetable, coconut or canola oil
½ tsp peppermint extract, divided
3 regular size candy canes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line 9” or 8” square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. Melt white chocolate, ½ tsp oil with 6 oz chocolate. Melt in 15 second increments. Once melted stir in ¼ tsp peppermint extract. Pour white chocolate into pan – thin layer. Put in refrigerator 10-15 minutes.
3. Place semi-sweet chocolate with ½ tsp oil. Once melted, stir in 1/4 tsp peppermint extract. Pour over white chocolate, spread. Placed in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
4. Melt in remaining white chocolate and ½ tsp oil. Pour over other bark layers and spread into sooth layer. This will not have peppermint extract. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
5. Refrigerate bark until set and completely hardened. Remove from foil paper. Break into pieces.
6. Store in refrigerator.
