Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tblsp Peppermint Extract
6 cups powdered sugar
1 bag Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine in large bowl Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk and Peppermint Extract.
2) Add 6 cups powdered sugar and beat mixture on a really low speed until everything is fully blended together.
3) Pull mixture out of the bowl and form 1 inch balls
4) Place the balls on parchment paper about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
5) Take your hand of bottom of cup and flatten each ball a little.
6) Allow patties to dry out. Give them about 2 ½ hours of air drying time. Flip them over at half way point to give each side an equal amount of drying time.
7) After drying time is up then melt the semisweet chocolate chips. This can be done in the microwave. Just set the chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat them for 1 minute. Stir afterwards and heat some more if necessary.
8) Use a fork to dip each patty into warm semichocolate chips sauce. Put each patty onto parchment paper and let set up at room temperature. To speed up the process you can place them in the refrigerator as well.
