1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. cooked elbow noodles
1 yellow onion
2 celery stalks
some garlic powder
1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes w/juice
Pinch of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain fat. Place onion in pan with butter and saute for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and serve with French bread.
