2 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 19 ounce (560 ml) pineapple tidbits (separating the juice from the pineapple)
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tin tomato soup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll hamburger into small balls.
Place one layer of the meatballs in a casserole and cover with half of the onions. celery and pineapple chunks. Add another layer of meatballs and the remainder of the onions, celery and pineapple chunks.
Combine the pineapple juice, dry mustard, tomato soup and brown sugar. and pour over the meatballs.
Bake at 350º for two hours, uncovered.

Serve over rice.
