2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ C. finely chopped onion
1 C. sour cream
¼ tsp. salt and pepper
¼ C. melted butter
32-oz. thawed hash browns
Optional:
1 C. crushed cornflakes
¼ C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the cornflakes and 2nd butter. Put the mixture in a 9X13 baking dish. Pour the 2nd melted butter over the crushed cornflakes and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
