3/4 c. milk
2 T. white vinegar
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 T. melted butter
1 c. blueberries
additional butter and syrup as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk with the vinegar and let stand 2 minutes. Whisk dry ingredients together. Stir in egg, milk and melted butter. Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat. Melt a little butter into pan. Pour about 1/3 c. of batter into the hot skillet and flatten out some with a spoon. Arrange desired amount of blueberries on top. Cook until you see bubbles on the top and edges of the pancake. The edges will start to look done. Flip and cook for additional couple of minutes until cooked through. Serve with butter and syrup.
