3/4 cup maple syrup
2 15oz cans pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 eggs or 4 egg whites
2 TBSP flax
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350*. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add chia seeds. Combine last dry ingredients and mix well. Stir flour mixture with pumpkin mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Use 1/4 cup measurements to spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin tin. Bake for 25-30min.
