1 pound strawberries, hulled (abt 3 cups)
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 c Amber Raw Blue Agave
1 tsp lemon juice (bottled version)
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Process 1/2 of strawberries, cream, agave, lemon juice, and salt in food processor until smooth - about 30 seconds.
Scrape down sides of food processor bowl as needed.
Add remaining strawberries and pulse until coarsely chopped (about 5 pulses).
Transfer mixture to large liquid measuring cup with lip for pouring.
Divide mixture across the ZOKU frozen popsicle maker.
Freeze for about 9 minutes for each run; be careful to not over fill the ZOKU cavities.
After 2 runs you should refreeze the ZOKU Device for an hour before attempting a 3rd run to ensure this last run freezes properly.
