Ingredients:  
1 1/2 ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped (or 8 oz can diced tomatoes)
1/2 small jar green olives, chopped
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp brown sugar
Splash of white or red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook. Drain fat.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste and brown sugar. Add wine.

Cook about 1 hour covered.

Serve over rice.
