2 to 2 1/2 lb boneless roast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbl brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp cornstarch
8 hoagie rolls
4 Tbl melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat and slice into thin, bit sized slices.

Combine soy, brown sugar, ginger and garlic; Stir in meat.

In a slow cooker cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours.

Remove meat, skim fat, measure juices to 1 1/2 cup and place in sauce pan.

Mix cornstarch with 2 Tbl water and add to juices.

Cook until thick and stir into cooked meat.

Brush rolls with butter and brown under broiler and pile on meat.
