Ingredients: Dough: 10 c flour separated into 3 c and 7 c 3 T dry active yeast 1 qt very warm water 2 T gluten (optional) 2 T dough enhancer (optional) 3 eggs honey 1 t salt ⅓ c vegetable oil ⅔ c honey
Frosting: 1/2 c butter softened 8oz cream cheese at room temperature. 1 t vanilla 1 lb powdered sugar 2 T milk or whipping cream

Directions:Pre heat oven to 350º Mix first 5 ingredients together. Then add water to dry ingredients until it is the consistency of a pancake batter and let yeast work. About 20 min. Should be bubbly. Mix well then add remaining ingredients and mix well again. Add about 7-8 cups of flour. One cup at a time until dough starts pulling away from sides of mixing bowl. Consistency of a bread dough. Roll dough out on a floured surface. Melt 1/2 c butter spread over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar. nuts and raisins if desired. Place in pans and let raise until double in size. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
For bread and rolls omit rolling out and separate into bread pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until. For roll pinch off dough balls and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min until golden brown.
Frosting: Cream butter cream cheese and vanilla. Until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add milk if needed. To get a thick frosting. Cool cinnamon rolls 5-10 min before frosting and enjoy!! |
