1 box vanilla wafers
1 C. walnuts
1 can sweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton Cool Whip
3 C. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers and place in bottom of pan.
Melt butter, beat eggs and add confectioners sugar, mix well and pour over wafers.
Mix Cool Whip, pineapple, and walnuts. Pour over mixture.
Sprinkle some crushed vanilla wafers on top. Put in refrigerator and let set overnight.
