4-6 pork chops
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 can regular size Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, each biscuit cut into six pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Pat pork chops dry with paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet until very hot. Brown pork chops on both sides and place in 9 x 13 baking dish. These may need to be layered if they are large. Mix all remaining ingredients and spoon over pork chops. Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes at 350º.

Notes:

I used season salt to season the pork chops

There may be a little liquid in the bottom of the pan, which can be poured off or suctioned out with a kitchen baster.
