24 vanilla wafers
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Cherry Pie Filling (or Blueberry)

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Place 1 wafer into each of 24 paper lined muffin tins. In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Spoon evenly into muffin tins filling about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with desired pie filling before serving.
