1 can evaporated milk
1 small can (7oz. size) Herdez or Embasa green chile SALSA
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 3/4 cup bunch fresh cilantro, just wash through it, shake dry it dry
juice of 1-2 limes
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (about 1-1/2 to Tablespoons)

Directions:

Mix altogether in blender. This makes about 4-5 cups.
Serve over a bed of salad greens, drained corn, drained black beans, cooked cubed chicken breast, diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, etc., topped with assorted tortilla chips. See Texas Caviar recipe, in the "Mexican" section. Delicious!
