2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, finely ground
2 c. coconut

12 oz. chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and roll into 1-inch balls. Place onto cookie sheet trays and let rest at room temperature for 4 hours or in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Dip into the melted chocolate to coat evenly and lightly. Place onto parchment- or foil-lined sheet pan to cool and harden the chocolate.
