Pre-heat oven to 400º

1 cut-up whole chicken - cleaned well
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic salt
1 stick margarine or butter
1 family-sized can cream of mushroom soup
1½ cups long grain rice
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour rice in the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan; place chicken over rice. In a medium bowl mix soup and milk; stir until soup is loosened and pour mixture over chicken. Cut margarine into ¼ thick inches over chicken. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until dish is done.
