"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The Williams Original Chili Seasoning used in this recipe was made in Webb City, Missouri, a small town just outside the family origins in Joplin, Missouri.

Mary Stephens' eldest son, Craig, recalls the many times this recipe made it to their cookouts on the beach at Playa Del Rey under the LAX flight pattern. During the summer, Mary and Craig would meet Charlie for dinner on the sand after he left work in El Segundo.
