Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. Pork Chops
1 tsp oil
1 clove of minced garlic

Sauce
2 tsp oil
4 tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp dry sherry
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Pork Chops in oil and garlic. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over Pork Chops . Allow to simmer over low heat for 30-35 minutes. Turn chops once. Take out chops and allow to rest. Mix 2 Tbsp water with 2 tsp cornstarch and add to sauce. It will thicken in a minute or two. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
