Dry Rub
BBQ Sauce
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane from back of rack of ribs.

Season meat with dry rub and place on grill set to low or next to charcoal. Cook on each side for about 4-5 minutes.

Remove and wrap each rack in heavy duty aluminum foil. Cook in oven for 2 hours at 325 degrees.

Unwrap ribs, brush with BBQ sauce, and put on grill for a few minutes on each side.
