3-4 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
½ C flour
3 eggs + 2 Tbsp water
1 C bread crumbs

Sauce:
1 ½ C brown sugar
⅓ C hot sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
preheat oven to 425º and greas a baking sheet
add chk and flour to a zip lock bag, seal and toss.
in 2 separate bowls place eggs and bread crumbs..dip chicken into eggs then bread crumbs.
place on baking sheet and spay heavily with cooking spary. bake 15-20 mins

add brown sugar and hot sauce to pan and stir over med/high heat until it comes to a boil, remove from heat add in garlic powder and water till smooth.

toss chk into sauce-serve w/ ranch

I personally wouldn't spray cooking spray heavily over chicken. but this is what the recipe calls for...I would say its optional ;)
