1 pkg. orange (or apricot if available) jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. fruit juice
1 can apricots, drained (save)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save)
1 egg
1 large T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. fruit juice
1 envelope dream whip (or 1 small cool ship)

Directions:

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add 1/2 c. of saved fruit juice. Let cool. Add apricots and pineapple. Chill until set. In a small saucepan heat together egg, flour, sugar, and 3/4 c. of saved fruit juice. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool. Mix into dream whip packet or stir in cool whip. Spread over jello. Chill until set.
