12 chicken wings or 4 chicken thighs cut in half
1 or 2 c seasoned flour
⅓ c olive oil
⅓ c Marmalade
¼ c ketchup
1 tbl soy sauce
⅛ tsp powdered ginger

Directions:
Directions:
If using wings cut into pieces, or cut thighs in half. Put flour into resealable bag, add chicken pieces and shake to coat well. Add oil to skillet and heat - add the chicken pieces and fry until golden. Drain off pan drippings. Return chicken to pan.
Combine the marmalade, ketchup, soy & ginger - pour over chicken in skillet cover and cook until chicken pieces are well coated and reheated 5-10 minutes. Serve
