8 c. finely chopped cabbage, (about 1 head)
1/4 c. shredded carrot (1 medium)
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1.) Be sure cabbage & carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces (about the size of rice).
2.) Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, & lemon juice in a large bowl and beat til smooth.
3.) Add the cabbage, carrots, onion & mix well.
4.) Cover, refri. gerate for at leat 2 hrs before serving
