1 1/2 lbs cubed beef stew meat
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 potatoes, scrubbed & chopped
1 (28 oz.) can barbeque baked beans

Directions:
Directions:
Place the beef stew, sausage, onion and potatoes into a slow cooker, and stir to distribute evenly. Spoon the baked beans evenly over the mixture. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs., or cook on high for 4-5 hrs.

*can also brown the stew meat prior; w/ salt, pepper & garlic powder. Use 1 tbsp. of oil. Can also saute the onion w/ 2 cloves of garlic. Add: 1 (16 oz.) barbeque sauce. Thin w/ 1/2 c. beef broth if needed.

***I personally brown the stew meat only and follow the regular directions*** (Tif that's the way you like it w/ cheddar brats sausage.
