1 banana
1 c. raspberries, divided
1/2 c. blueberries
1 c. plain Greek yogurt (or Vanilla Bean yogurt)
2/3 c. old fashioned rolled oats
4 t. chia seeds
1 c. water
Optional: honey or agave nectar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

2. Add half of the raspberries (1/2 c.) to the bowl and mash them into the banana.

3. Add yogurt and mix well.

4. Add chia seeds, oats, and water. Mix well. Add blueberries and remaining raspberries. Mix well but gently as to not break up the raspberries.

5. Divide into four small bowls or mason jars. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

6. As you sleep, the mixture will thicken and the oats will soften. Serve with drizzled honey or agave nectar to taste. Mixture will keep up to a few days.

Easy, healthy and delicious breakfast. Joe loves his drizzled with honey. I prefer mine drizzled with agave nectar. Enjoy!
