1 lb. hamburger
1 cup onion, diced finely
1-14½ oz. can petite diced Mexican style tomatoes
1-15.25 oz. can kernel corn + liquid
1-15 oz. can dark kidney beans + liquid
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1-1¼ oz. package dry Taco seasoning mix
½ tsp. black pepper
1 T. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups beef broth
8-oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 green onions, diced finely
8-oz. container sour cream
1 small bag Frito corn chips



Directions:
Directions:
In 5 quart saucepan, brown hamburger and onion,
drain. Add next nine ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for ½ hour on med- low heat.
Pour soup into soup bowls, top with Fritos, cheese,
sour cream, green onions and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
