1 lb. Moose
Worcestershire Sauce
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Oregano
½ Green Pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, chunk up the moose and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and fry in a pan with oil and/or butter. Add onion. Fry until cooked through.

In another bowl, mix stewed tomatoes and cornstarch. Add oregano to preference. Add the sauce to the meat, once it has browned. Simmer for about 45 minutes and then add the green pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes more before serving. Serve over rice as preferred.
